Tianjin Lianqiang Mechanical Sealing Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as Lianqiang), formerly known as Tianjin Mechanical Sealing Parts Factory (referred to as Tianmi). Tianmi was established in 1965 and is under the jurisdiction of Tianjin Machinery Bureau. It is the first professional manufacturer of mechanical seals in China; In 1988, some of Tianmi's assets were jointly established with John Crane Co., Ltd. to form John Crane (Tianjin) Co., Ltd; In 2001, Tianjin Kehao Electromechanical Equipment Co., Ltd. invested in Tianmi to establish Lianqiang (with Tianmi accounting for 10% of the shares); In 2016, Lianqiang acquired all property rights of Tianmi.
Established in August 2001, Lianqiang mainly produces and operates liquid mechanical seals, dry gas seals, mixing devices, and related products, and provides maintenance services.
In 2004, Lianqiang built an information technology office building and a modern production workshop in Zhongbei Industrial Park, Xiqing District, Tianjin; In May 2005, the new factory building was completed and put into use, covering an area of 36000 square meters, including an office building of 5000 square meters, a production workshop of 16000 square meters, and a warehouse of 12000 square meters; From 2006 to 2009, the company introduced high-tech equipment and processing centers such as MAZAK CNC lathes and CNC machine tools from Japan, and built a fully automated CNC production workshop, marking the beginning of a modern company.
The mechanical seals, dry gas seals, and other products produced by Lianqiang comply with national and international standards and are widely used in industries such as petroleum, chemical, power, water treatment, papermaking, automobiles, pharmaceuticals, food processing, textiles, and metallurgy, solving the leakage problem of various mechanical equipment (such as pumps, kettles, compressors, etc.) rotating shafts.
The quality assurance of Lianqiang has won recognition from all parties. In May 2002, the company successfully passed the certification of the quality management system ISO 9001:2000 standard by the international quality management system certification body DNV. It has been audited every three years and has been in operation for 20 years, providing a strong guarantee for the company's high-quality development.
In 2004, Lianqiang joined the China Hydraulic and Pneumatic Seal Industry Association and became an official member (Confidential Association No. 107); In the same year, it obtained the production license (license number: XK06-043-00053) issued by the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the People's Republic of China, becoming one of the only two enterprises in Tianjin with a mechanical seal production license.
Since 2011, Lianqiang has been continuously rated as a contract abiding and trustworthy enterprise in Tianjin. Since 2012, it has been continuously rated as a famous trademark in Tianjin; In the same year, it was recognized as a high-tech enterprise in Tianjin and has continued to this day. In 2021, we obtained an AAA level enterprise credit certificate, including integrity management, demonstration units, integrity suppliers, integrity entrepreneurs, etc. At the beginning of 2022, the Municipal Bureau will issue a specialized, refined, and innovative certificate.
